Cascais Modern Retreat with Private Courtyard

Location is great

Terrace was not usable because of the amount of bird shit everywhere (there is a pigeon problem). The apartment is ground floor, infront of a construction side and pedestrian bridge. Inside the apartment is an automatic circulation program which is incredible load at night and can not be turned off. There is a 250€ security deposit which needs to be paid and was nowhere mentioned on booking.com. It took almost two weeks to receive this money backs the app that needs to be installed for all payments is confusing and super time consuming since logins and passports did not work several time. Customer service from the app is responsive and helpful however. We received the cleaning fee back because of all the trouble. Nevertheless way too overpriced for what it is.
