Staff, all supplies available.
Staff on duty 24/7:would feel more secure, and immediate.
Needed 2 chairs , and a movable small table both guests to use at same time.
Also, night table at both sides of table.
Also, caution prospects, before choosing room, of loud steps from room floor above.

It was a nice spacious room very clean. It had a couch to sit. But the amenities included a coffee machine in our room, and there was none, and the coffee machine in the lobby was not working. No one knew how to descale it.
Arriving at a lock door with no information having to call to get a code to get in the door a code to get in the room. It took several tries on the keypad to get in other people were having the same issues. And there is no staff in the building. Except For the cleaning, ladies that come in the morning.

Large room, full sized towels, exceptionally clean room!
Every time someone opened or closed their room door there was a bad echo throughout the hallway echoing into the rooms.
