Escape to a timeless log cabin nestled on the protected shores of Lake Huron, located at the western entrance to the Les Cheneaux Island chain. This is the perfect four-season home base for unforgettable day trips to Mackinac Island, Tahquamenon Falls, the Sault Locks, Pictured Rocks, and more.
Bring your own boat or rent locally to explore the 39 scenic islands of Les Cheneaux. Your stay includes access to a deep-water covered dock—ideal for fishing or accommodating multiple boats, including vessels up to 50 ft or larger.

Pack ‘n Play with changing pad and sheets available, along with a slide in table high chair.

Excellent location on the water. Easy access to Mackinac Island- about 1/2 hour to the ferry. Interesting decor if you like taxidermy! Lots of games/activities available.Unfortunately had to leave early due to the Canadian smoke and heat. (no A/C). Obviously not owners fault. But would rent again

This classic, excellently-maintained log cabin has something for everyone: well-equipped kitchen and outdoor grills for cooks; a game room with real trophies and a bar for the hunters; sports equipment for the active ones; and for the rest of us, a beautiful serene vista of the Les Cheneaux Islands and surrounding woods with all manner of singing birds to experience. In this case, photos do not do this place justice!

The house is beautifully situated right on the water with amazing sunrises right over the water. The house was clean and had plenty of accommodations for our family of 4. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. We will be back!

Wonderful cabin with beautiful views. Kitchen is well-appointed with great outdoor cooking options. Great for families. We look forward to staying here again.
