The bed was very comfortable!! I actually liked it better than my bed at home and that has never been true before. We parked on the street since there’s no on-site parking. We ended up with a ticket for parking overnight, but there’s absolutely no signs that state it. We did pay for the parking in the morning until we left, as that’s what the meters call for, but still was ticketed. I think letting guests know better on where they can park would be beneficial. Early morning we also noticed a lot of dog poop on the entryway sidewalks as well as cigarette butts. Within our time of checking out it was cleaned up though. I would tighten up the rules a bit since it’s such a nice place. It was very fresh and clean beyond that.

Clear communication, easy access through door codes and GREAT location, one block off of Front street (could walk to everything)
Lack of parking (which I knew ahead of time). Fortunately the ramp is less than one block away.

Beautiful room and perfect location. Everything was so clean and one of the most comfortable hotel King beds we’ve ever slept on.
The smell of motor oil or burnt rubber in the entryway and the elevator but went away after a while.

Having to pay to park. Seems there should be a way to have an arrangement with the local parking garage to have the fee waived for guests
