There is one king bed with a master bath and two queens that share a bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, glassware and silverware. All linens are furnished. All furniture is new. Laundry in unit.
The quaint building is home to 4 units all with private entrances. It is located on Second Street South, a quiet residential side street in Old Naples. The stroll to the beach is 3 minutes, 5th Avenue 5 mins, and Third Street South 10 mins. Bike rentals and golf cart rentals are available. This recently renovated spacious 3 bedroom condo has great appeal decorated in soothing colors of off-white, soft gray and blue accents, comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen, mostly new appliances, a lovely screened porch, and a large patio in the back with wooden lounges, 2 umbrellas, and a trestle table with 6 chairs. The property manager is very capable and accommodating. However, there is no cable TV and therefore no access to the national TV networks. Normal nightly TV listings and live sporting events such as NFL games are not available. This is not what one should expect from a rental of this price. Otherwise, I would recommend this unit more highly...
