The condo was fine. We had a couple of issues with dishwasher and a smoke alarm that kept beeping randomly but nothing that can’t be fixed. The property manager was super nice. And the location - 2 blocks to the beach and 5minute walk to 5th was great. We may have rented again except we needed a bigger place for next year

Location was great! Condo was spacious, bright and well decorated, but definitely needs some fine tuning. All three sliding doors were unable to be secured due to faulty locks. Not enough lighting in the smaller two bedrooms. With only small bed side lamps it was actually quite dark at night. The kitchen was stocked with only the bare essentials and was not adequately equipped for preparing meals. The dishwasher was installed incorrectly and couldn't be used. Property manager (Who was a sweetheart) offered to have a contractor come fix, but we declined due to not wanting to waste time being inside while the work was being done. The bath towels were of very poor quality and not nearly enough of them. With just a bit more attention to detail this would be an excellent rental, but for the money we paid I expect a little better.
