About this house rental
Located one block to Historic 5th Avenue and a short stroll to Third Street South with shopping, dining, bars and cultural events and 3 blocks to the white sandy beach to soak in the Florida sun and watch the sunset in the evenings. Fully furnished 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths with elevator, family room with dry bar for entertaining, laundry room, including all linens, garage and private driveway. Enjoy relaxing on the large lanai and swim in one of the two pools or soak in one of the two hot tubs that awaits you in the beautiful oasis.

My husband and I spent 10 weeks in this condo and found it to be extremely spacious and comfortable. It is very well maintained with upgraded furnishings and top-of-the-line appliances - it looks just like the photos. We appreciated all of the cooking utensils, glassware & dishes (which isn't always the case in rentals). And the location is perfect! Just one block north of 5th Avenue and 4 blocks from the beach yet you feel miles away from any hubbub. The Lantana complex is like a mini-resort with lush landscaping, two pools and two spas. Very quiet and relaxing. The owners are extremely responsive and a true pleasure to deal with. They provide beach chairs, towels, two bikes and a beach wagon so you just need to pack your clothes and go. We highly recommend this property!

My wife and I have rented this property for the last three years. The condo is nicely decorated and furnished with everything to make your stay comfortable. The location is perfect--one block to 5th Avenue shops and restaurants and an easy walk to Third Avenue and the Naples beach. The pools and hot tubs are in a private setting and the grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed having our own screened in area for eating, reading, and relaxing. The public library is just a few blocks away--will issue you a monthly pass to check out books. On Saturday morning we always walked to the farmers market on Third Avenue. Having a private parking area was a bonus. The owners are very nice to work with and always available for questions or concerns. Just a wonderful place to visit.
