With its expansive living areas, private pool, spa, and fire pit, this modern 2BR/2.5BA Sundance villa was made for entertaining. Situated in a gated complex, it offers outstanding mountain views; and, rumor has it that Lily Tomlin once lived here!
Located on a large corner lot, this compound offers accommodations for 4 and parking for 2 vehicles. To ensure privacy, both front and back yards are walled.
Inside, you'll find tasteful furnishings and high-end touches throughout. Tile floors, cathedral ceilings, and a floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace characterize the spacious living room. Relax and enjoy a movie on the 60in TV, play cards at the game table, or step outside to the pool area and mix drinks at the chic wet bar.
When it's time for dinner, gather at the dining table, or dine alfresco at the 4-seat patio table. Enjoy steaks and veggies grilled up on the gas BBQ.
The kitchen is open to the dining room and has stainless steel appliances, plenty of prep space, and a large window overlooking the patio.
An office provides a quiet spot to check emails.
Relax on the 2nd patio, where you can curl up on a chaise lounge and enjoy the firepit.

This home is very nice and clean. Very eclectic decor that gives it a definite Plam Springs feel. The pool and back patio are private. There are a few things that need attention but overall a nice property for a getaway.

You can tell this home is very cherished by the owner. So many sweet details and unique decor. Beautiful quiet gated community. Communication with Vacasa is difficult and definitely wish we could have had concerns addressed with more ease. Not a reflection on the beautiful home at all, Vacasa just doesn’t work to create the most personal experiences which is a shame with such a special property

I recently stayed at a vacation rental that had many positive aspects, but also a few areas that could use some improvement. The home itself is lovely, and the location is truly fantastic—peaceful, scenic, and conveniently close to local attractions. However, the backyard, which had so much potential, was somewhat disappointing.
The pool is a great feature, but the grab bar is in need of repairs, which made us a bit hesitant to use it as much as we would have liked. The patio furniture, though functional, was stained and sun-damaged, which took away from the overall comfort and aesthetic. Additionally, there were ripped curtains and rods in the outdoor area held together by rusted clamps, which detracted from the otherwise charming ambiance.
With a bit of attention to these details, this rental could be an absolute gem. The location and the home’s layout are already excellent, but investing in some updates to the backyard would make a huge difference in the overall experience.
