In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

A beautiful modern condo near downtown Palm Springs, but too far to walk. It offers a private pool and second private patio area. It was nice to have a garage and the Miralon community offers additional facilities. The beds weren’t premium, and TV was streaming only. We paid for the pool to be heated. It wasn’t so we had to call. The sliding door wouldn’t lock. We called and a young gal arrived without any tools so couldn’t fix it. We finally stuck a spatula to wedge the door close. The next day, the handyman put a 16 foot block of wood in the tracks so we had to use the bedroom to access the pool. The laundry pods were all melted and leaking, and an ironing board and iron were listed. No ironing board and had a steamer for ironing. The forms required before arriving were lengthy, but understandable, but the host’s company was not. They repeatedly told me that I didn’t submit the forms, yet I had confirmed signature submitted copies that they were submitted. Then I was told that I couldn’t have access without the forms. They finally confirmed they had the forms, but that office staff was not consistent. I would always receive positive responses and cookies delivered for their errors, but there were too many hassles. The condo would have been without these issues.

We have stayed at several properties over the years' this one is definitely at top of list. Not only beautiful and well maintained but location while ensuring privacy was very easy for us to get to most everything we wanted to do
