Bra köksutrustning och genomgående bra kvalitet. Utemöbler vid pool är dock av låg kvalitet
Extremt svår väg upp till boendet. Kräver stor vana att köra enkelriktad serpentinväg. Det krävs en liten bil som helst har fyrhjulsdrift alternativt bakhjulsdrift då vägen upp inte är helt färdigställd. Orolig husvärd då det visade sig att de inte har försäkring som täcker mindre skador. Bokar ni detta hus se till att ha full reseförsäkring.

Tolle Terrasse mit gepflegtem Pool und wundervollem Ausblick.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist exzellent und sie ist sehr sauber. Es fehlt einem an Nichts.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist unkompliziert und sie reagiert schnell.
Planen sie etwas Zeit zum Check-in und Check-out, da eine umfangreiche Liste besprochen wird und eine Kaution von 1.000€ in bar hinterlegt werden muss (Achtung auf booking.com steht nur 500€).
Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist erwähnenswert, da viele Bewertungen auf ihn eingehen. Hier zur Referenz: er war mit einem 3er BMW ohne weiteres befahrbar, auch wenn ich um die Automatik sehr glücklich war. Ab und zu muss man kurz rangieren und die Räder drehen durch, da es so steil ist. Trotzdem wurde nicht Mal die Parkdistanzkontrolle aktiv. Also es ist genug Platz, wenn man langsam und vorsichtig fährt.

This villa is very smart, beautifully designed and feels really luxurious. It’s perched at the top of a mountain so has an incredible view out to sea. It has all the things you need for your stay and a gorgeous little pool to lie beside in the sunshine. Christina is super helpful as we arrived without a car and a little early - she came immediately to collect us and then took us to the supermarket and then picked us up and took us home again. It was extremely kind of her and meant we were able to fully stock the fridge and relax for a few gorgeous days. She also took us to the airport when we left.
This was fine with us as we wanted to walk and managed to work out how get a taxi to take us nearly home, but the property is up a mountain so the last couple of hundred metres the road is small, very winding (hairpins done as 3 point turns) and unfinished. Christina obviously knows how to drive it but taxis needed a bit more persuasion and I think it could make you quite tense if you’d just got into your hire car. It’s probably just the French way but we were surprised to find that we were expected to supply our own toilet paper, but Christina helped us with that as the supermarket is 8km away (there is a very small one 1.5 km away down the hill). We were also surprised that there was a charge for towels, something we are used to being included. The security deposit we also found quite baffling. On here it says it’s €500 in cash but when we booked we were then told it was €1000 by cash or cheque. Not really wanting to have or carry that much cash (although we did need some as taxis, for example, do not take cards here), we found a chequebook and signed the inventory and passed the inspection at the end, but it all just felt odd. I prefer AirBNB’s approach where it’s in the terms that breakages are reported, discussed and paid for.
