Enjoy a spacious, air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size bed, two living rooms, a bathroom, and a fully equipped private kitchen. The apartment features artistic décor, a main living area with 7-meter-high vaulted Genoese ceilings, and a large 35 m² bedroom with a traditional ceiling and skylight. Wi-Fi, TV, and a dedicated workspace are available.

A billiard room is available for adults during your stay. Children under 18 are not permitted, and balls are removed to protect the table. Adults are asked to play carefully. After each cleaning and before new arrivals, the table and several rooms are photographed to document their condition. Events are not allowed in the property.
