Amazing location 👌

The location was amazing. We had everything that we needed. Nice and tidy apartments, and we fell welcomed. Thank you so much for our time there.

The checkout is at 9 a.m., and the cleaners are waiting by the entrance before 9 am. The last holiday morning, you expected not to wake up that early and would like to have a cup of coffee before a long way to go back home.

Sad to say, a sticky smelly stay

Good location. Convenient free street parking.

Dirty, eg kitchen things. Sticky surfaces, eg tables, worktops. Damp eg bedroom. Smelly throughout. No response when l messaged (twice, on separate days) with a question.

Great flat, management not so good.

Flat was excellent, in a great location, well equipped, clean and comfortable.

No hot water on arrival. Had to work out boiler wasn't on and turn it on in order to have shower. No instructions about how TV worked and what channels were/weren't available (no satellite dish/Freeview box) Information pack was inadequate. Most disappointing was that I messaged host to inform of the boiler/TV issues on the first day but never received a reply. Rather let down what was otherwise a 10 out of 10 experience.

Nice but wear a bump cap as the lights are low.

Location was great and I liked the apartment, well designed colour scheme and furnishings. Shower and was great and the kitchen practical.

Lights in the bedroom were too low kept bashing my head on them, really annoying. Also there was no toilet paper when we arrived after a 3hr drive. A small thing but it turned into a major problem.

There was a bad smell in the flat. The windows could not be opened so it was quite overwhelming.
