Room was fantastic and spotlessly clean. Staff went above and beyond on everything we asked for.

Some glitches with the in room entertainment system. But a small issue compared to all the positives experiences.

Restaurant fixed priced dinner was good, The hotel front desk staff were helpful. Top notch.

I understand that it's a new hotel and restaurant but the restaurant service was very slow. The kitchen seemed to have very few employees and there wasn't much hustle to be seen.

They need more housekeeping staff to keep up with volume.

The property is new and up to date

Parking was impossible. Either $50/day for valet or $22 in adjacent garage. The hotel wouldn’t validate parking and I thought that was ridiculous. Wifi was spotty and unreliable. Service is haphazard. It took me 20 minutes and a lot of run around to order coffee from room service. When I left I asked the front desk to order me a cab to the airport, they said they don’t do that and gave me the number for a local taxi service instead. Housekeeping was indifferent about replenishing supplies. They never once replenished clean washcloths, which is essential.
