    From the valet to the front desk everything was great. Excellent service. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I fell in love with the shower (the water pressure was amazing). I ordered room service once for breakfast and it came within 15minutes. They do hold a $300 charge fee for accidentals.

    We enjoyed a night at the hotel. The room was beautiful with a good view and they allow dogs which is a big bonus. Otherwise we found the staff to be polite but in need of some basic training skills upon welcoming guests. The bar tenders also need some training… we ordered martinis that came in champagne flutes that tasted like old Dolin vermouth and dish water. Not a huge deal, but for such a simple and iconic cocktail at an upscale bar in Midtown I’d expect more. Finally the room itself was pretty noisy. Not well insulated to sounds from outside - buses, motorcycles, loud street music, etc. (which to be fair is very Atl on a Saturday) made it difficult to sleep well. Overall I’d give it 3 stars, and say it was a bit over budget.
