Theofilia Sea Side Studio

A very well equipped studio in a fantastic location. Totally relaxing.

A bit tricky to see the key safe code (and therefore access it) when arriving in the dark.

Location right on the beach. You can jump straight in the water as soon as you wake up. Beautiful sunrise in the morning! Based in a quieter part of town. Only a short walk to restaurants. I have included a picture of the stairs to find the property.

The bed was a little uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect!

Sunrise from our bed, small apartment right on the seaside, perfectly designed, beautiful furniture. Well provided with everything you may need, iron, coffeemaker, kitchen very well equipped, oil, salt, bread, wine, jam, juice, milk... Toilet perfect: Great hot water, towels, shampoo,...) Bed and pillows very comfortable. Nice bed lines, all in white, something that I love. Everything is totally spotless, it is very small but perfect for two people. Outside a small garden with confortable chairs and a table where you can work or have lunch. Also two sun-beds were you can lie in the shade of the beautiful tree in front of the house. We did home office from here and wifi worked perfectly well. Fluent Communication with the person in charge of it. Always ready to help Calm and relax and wonderful, even if the weather is not sunny (it was our case). Just 10 away, also by the sea, nearby you can drink or eat at the nice taverna AVRA ON THE BEACH, opened from 9 am.

Maybe a blanket could be provided. This time in May is not hot yet. Having said that, when I told Christ. about it he would be ready to provide one (but in the end we did not need it because we had brought winter pijamas with us).

The apartment is very clean and the furniture is new. A lovely apartment in a perfect position. it is located right on the beach, from the apartment you go out onto the terrace, and after the terrace onto the beach. They are 2 sunbeds for this apartment, About 50m away you can find some taverns, a grocery store, and a coffee shop. In 5 minutes of walking you reach the center of the village. The owner is very helpful and generous, he left us food, water and a bottle of wine in the fridge. Our stay was wonderful at this location.
