Secluded lodge with spectacular views and hot tub!

We spent a celebratory birthday/engagement weekend at the lodge with my partner. The host was lovely and easy to reach, she also kindly left a little bottle of Prosecco for us :) The lodge was clean, small but cosy and with everything you'd need. Bed was a good size and comfy! The star of the stay was obviously the tub and the views - there were logs, lighters etc provided so that was great. Bath city centre is easy to reach either by bus (which is 2 mins away from the lodge) or by a 20-30 min walk. Would definitely stay again in the future!

The location was great, a good walking distance from Bath city centre and with a beautiful view from the lodge. I also liked the hot tub.

The lodge was very hot with no airconditioning or fan. The fridge made a lot of noise with made sleeping, together with the temperature, very difficult. It was also a bit dusty with some stains, so the cleanliness could be better.

The location was spectacular the host were lovely and helpful and the price was amazing for all the facilities

There’s no light past a certain point so it’s very difficult to see the keypad on the key safe and to actually climb the steps to the lodge The key didn’t work in the door to lock us in on a night which made me feel vulnerable , I text about it but no reply from the host No toilet roll left which is a standard basic we thought
