As a guest you will have access to tennis courts, large gym, swimming pool and lake access with park (playground, disk golf, fishing, etc). The golf course is right outside your back door with The Caddy Shack Sports Bar at the Point Venture Golf Club just down the street. There are also food trucks outside the golf club. Boats are available to rent at the nearby marina and guests receive a discounted price.
