Newly built residential building with a beautiful vacation rental on the 1st floor.
The vacation rental is in a beautiful location, just a 3-minute walk from the center of Bergen, yet in a quiet area. You can reach the beach (Bergen aan Zee) in just 15 minutes by bike!
The vacation rental has its own entrance. The bright and spacious living room features a cozy sitting area with a Smart TV. The open and luxurious kitchen is well-equipped and fully stocked (filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven, etc.).
Beautiful bathroom with tastefully finished materials.
Large bedroom with a comfortable Swiss Sense double bed, a sofa for sitting or reading, and an open wardrobe.
In the garden, you have access to your own terrace with patio furniture. Enjoy the sun and the chirping of the birds.
The first floor of the house is occupied by an elderly couple. Our vacation guests have plenty of privacy.
You can store your bicycles in a locked storage room and park your car in a space reserved just for you.
