Our guests often call it a “Secret Place.” Not just because of its peaceful location, but especially because of the relaxed atmosphere. Nothing is a must; almost anything is possible. You can read a book in the garden, walk to the center of Bergen, or bike to the beach and dunes. That’s what In de Aap is all about: casual enjoyment, pleasant conversations, and the feeling that you’ve stumbled upon a hidden gem.

CASA DEL VECINO – Vacation home for 4 to 5 people
A charming vacation home with a Mediterranean atmosphere, where you’ll instantly feel like you’re abroad. Casa del Vecino—“the neighbor’s little house”—fits perfectly with the warm, southern style of Guesthouse In de Aap.
Through the private entrance, you step into a little green paradise. The cottage is situated in the middle of the garden and is surrounded by greenery. At the rear, you’ll find a spacious, light-filled sunroom with a terrace stretching the entire width of the house—a wonderful spot to have breakfast, read a book, or wind down the day with a glass of wine.
Thanks to the underfloor heating in the sunroom, it’s exceptionally comfortable here even in the fall and winter. That’s why Casa del Vecino is available for booking year-round**.
The cottage accommodates 4 to 5 people.
The loft features a comfortable double bed with an extra cot. On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy double box bed.
The Mediterranean decor immediately creates a relaxed vacation atmosphere. The colorful kitchen makes cooking a breeze; it’s equipped with a stovetop, electric kettle, refrigerator, oven, and a Nespresso machine. Of course, there’s also a TV and a reliable wireless internet connection.
The spacious bathroom features a lovely, large walk-in shower.
Everything you need is here for a relaxing stay and a wonderful vacation in Bergen.
Pets are welcome at Casa del Vecino upon request. Since we have a dog and a cat ourselves, we have a few house rules for our four-legged friends 🐾
**🐾 Pet Policy**
1. Dogs must be kept on a leash on the *In de Aap* property.
2. Dogs must relieve themselves outside the property (on public roads or near bushes).
3. Beds and furniture are not intended for pets.
4. No wet dogs inside the cottage.
5. Out together, home together—so don’t leave your dog alone in the cottage.
