About this house rental

'Het Zomerhuis' is a wonderful base for a relaxing vacation. Beautiful location, just 800 m from the center of Bergen. The stunning forest and dune area is just a few minutes’ walk away. The beach (Bergen aan Zee) is only a 20-minute bike ride away!

The interior is very tastefully decorated and well-maintained.
First floor: comfortable sitting area with TV and patio doors leading to the garden, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, coat closet, and half-bath;
Steep staircase to the first floor: 1 bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 210) and a closet. The double bed was purchased new in 2025. There is also 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a clothes rack, as well as a small bathroom with a shower and sink. The beds are freshly made upon arrival.

The storage room, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, and clothes drying rack, is located on the first floor.
Fenced-in, well-maintained garden/patio and covered porch with comfortable patio furniture, 2 lounge chairs, and an umbrella.
A lockable bike shed is available, and free street parking is available on Gasweg.

Sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus für 4 Personen. Lage und Ausstattung prima. Einzige Mankos: nur eine Toilette im EG und diese auch noch sehr niedrig angebracht und zu dem Treppe zum OG sehr steil. Fazit: Für Menschen mit Hüftproblemen oder anderen körperlichen Einschränkungen schwierig. Ansonsten empfehlenswert.

Nettes Sommerhaus, total ruhig gelegen und trotzdem sehr zentral. Gemütlich eingerichtet. Einzige Mankos: Die Treppe ist wirklich sehr steil und es gibt nur die Toilette im Erdgeschoss. Sonst haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen. Sehr schöne überdachte Loungeecke im privaten Hof.
