Relaxing stay

The Mpalmpanas Villas are a piece of heaven. We opted to stay in the modern accommodations which were very comfortable and exquisitely designed. The private beach is gorgeous and pretty much the highlight of the stay. The grounds are well kept and George was the perfect host.

Relaxed Holiday

The host was very helpful and responded to everything we needed. The sandy beach was private. The water clean. From our room we could admire spectacular sunrise.

Great place to spend time with family or friends.

The property is in an isolated, very quiet place, but not far away (5-10mins) from the nearby towns of Ierissos, Nea Roda or Ouranoupolis, where restaurants can be found, for example. There's a small beach right next to the villas, with sunbeds and umbrellas, but be careful not to step on sea urchins, like I did, lol. Their not right in front of the villa, though, but on the sides of the beach, on the higher rocks. Water is nice and clean, with some fishes swimming around. Even saw on octopus. The host is very friendly, receptive and helpful. The rooms and the bathroom are clean, the beds are comfy, the furniture is ok. Kitchen is equipped with some basic stuff like some plates, bowls, cups, glasses, forks, knives and such, but I would replace the pans and add some pots. We managed with what we had, anyway, I guess it depends on what you want to cook. You couldn't make a soup, pasta or stuff like that, if that's what you're looking for. At least not in our apartment. Can't complain about this either, just noting for other readers. The property also has a barbeque place, which is equipped with a sink, kitchen vessel, big table and, of course, a grill. It's a nice place to spend time with friends or family, if not in the mood to go to a restaurant. It's also right next to the beach, so you can feel the breeze and watch the waves when you eat.

I wish there was a hairdryer in the apartment. The host lent us one, though, when I asked, so that worked out in the end. The cooking vessel could be improved. The insect nets as well, as they seem to allow mosquitos to enter the rooms. I wish there were some garbage bags in the rooms, to replace in the trash can, a dishrack and some kitchen detergent. These were all minor inconveniences for me, that we are able to overcome easily. Not an issue for me, but just want to mention for the readers. The road is not paved and it has some slopes, so if the weather is not good or the vehicle is too low (sports car, like), there might be some issues.

Location perfect . Nice and kind host , thank you . Appartments ok , parking ok. Best beach , close to property and clean . Nice garden with fruits . Quiet .

Clean , but need some improvements . The road acces is on bad state. If have rain rest bloked until the road is dry ( if have not 4x4) . Have to be more carefull about the cleaning deatil .Need bathroom revision , towels and bedding have to be renew ( clean , but....)

Overall, if you want to relax by the sea with your family or friends - this is the place.

An exceptional place with a great location - by the sea with a magnificent view, quiet and peaceful, yet very close to the town. Clean rooms with everything you will need. Great barbecue with a big family table right next to it. Big well kept lawn between your room and the sea. Cosy private beach with umbrellas and deck chairs. Very kind, helpful and hospitable host. Overall, if you want to relax by the sea with your family or friends - this is the place.

Remote, secluded, wild location. Very relaxing, away from noise or any other disturbance. Just rest and relaxation, disconnecting from the city, connecting with the nature. Hosts are very kind and helpful.

Мястото е невероятно. Едно от най-добрите, на които сме били.Гледката е страхотна, точно до морето. Плажа е частен и септември беше почти празно. Апартамента е огромен, с удобни матраци. Бяхме на вторият етаж и изгрева ни събуждаше много приятно сутрин.

В кухнята нямаше веро, гъба, чували за боклук и не е удобно да купуваш за 3 дена. Хубаво е да сте напазарили преди да отидете, защото магазините са в градчето. Не работеше лампата за кухнята и беше доста тъмно. Беше чисто, но не перфектно. Душ кабината е доста захабена вече. Имаше косми тук там, но излизаш на балкона и забравяш всичко:)

Un colt de paradis cu cel mai frumos răsărit!

O locație de vis, exact pe malul marii, cu acces la plaja privata cu șezlonguri puse la dispoziție de proprietar. Chiar dacă din Strada principala se merge aprox 1.5 km pe un drum neasfaltat, pentru cine cauta liniște și un colt de paradis cu un răsărit fantastic, aceasta este locația ideala ! Apartament foarte spațios, paturile de 5 stele !
