Eu e a minha familia adoramos a estadia, quarto maravilhoso, cama confortável, hotel lindo, uma paz. Funcionários extremamente atenciosos.
Infelizmente não gostei do serviço na piscina, poucos funcionários e as piscinas externas congelantes e faltou interação a noite.

Falta um tratamento melhor por parte dos funcionários, todos os resorts que eu já fui os funcionários são felizes e solícitos esse foi uma decepção Hoje no café da manhã não tinha ninguém pra fazer tapioca/omelete, demoraram pra chegar Mosquitos sobrevoando as comidas Máquina do café deu problema Pagar estacionamento Pagar as bebidas a parte (inclusive água) Toalha poderia ser melhor Wi-Fi não funcionou, fui pedir ajuda a recepção e disseram que o meu era iPhone por isso não funcionava e não fizeram nada pra resolver o problema
