We requested some extra pillows, and Liam brought them to our room almost immediately. The quick response and attention to detail showed how much the team cares about guest comfort. The pillows were fresh, soft, and made our nights much more restful. Pool was not clean even though the pictures show a lovely looking pool. Breakfast was below average and they sent us in a taxi to another hotel for it
