The room was a good size. The staff were friendly and helpful and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. The cleaning staff were very flexible and efficient and always went above and beyond. Best cleaning team I have experienced at a hotel!

staff very friendly and willing to help, language was never a barrier as they tried to understand me and managed perfectly. The bed is comfortable
Most of the rooms have no windows, or windows to the stairs. only certain have exterior windows, not good lightning conditions. cleaning service didn’t come every day. laundry service kept my bags and I had to ask them to get them back, some clothes were not properly dried and smelled bad, none of them were folded correctly, wrinkles everywhere. they should mention “no window” or “no view”
