Located at Boavista Golf Resort between Lagos and Praia da Luz. This high-quality apartment is modern, impeccable and recently decorated. It was built and furnished to a high standard. It accommodates 4 people, has two bedrooms, one double with an en-suite bathroom and a room with two single beds, in addition to an additional shared bathroom.
There is a comfortable living room with a dining table and patio doors leading to a balcony with fantastic views over Lagos and distant sea views.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, plates/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, blender and kettle are provided. There is also Wi-Fi and TV.
In front - the apartment is located next to the community pool (heated from April to October) and garden.
Behind - on the other side of the road there is a safe children's play area, tennis courts and a football pitch.
The club is a short walk away, it is a comfortable and welcoming place to have breakfast, lunch and dinner, where you can enjoy a large sunny terrace with views of Lagos Bay and the Monchique hills.
The rental of this property provides free entry to the Boavista Health Club and Spa: indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, Turkish bath and sauna, solarium, children's pool and a well-equipped gym.
