Great place to stay

The apartment was fantastic for our needs

The entrance to the apartment smelt of damp. Few issues in the apartment with stains where the roof had leaked and bed in 1 of the bedrooms was broke on 1 side

The views you get are totally amazing best I have had in Blackpool

Kids loved that they could see the tower from the living room along with watching the teams going along the promenade

It is in need of a slight redurb. There was previous signs of leaks from the roof and some secure storage on the ground floor for buggies and prams would make a huge difference.

Nice quiet clean apartment

The location is central to all the attractions so that's a plus, Interior was good. clean, everything you needed, washer and dryer was excellent, Just the wi-fi didn't work but was compensated for that

Overall a great stay. Some points docked for reasons mentioned above.

Easy of check-in, location & overall standard was very good. Kitchen and bathroom facilities very good.

The sofa bed hadn’t been changed or sheets washed since previous occupants. The WiFi wasn’t available. Some of the standard of the facilities could be brought up to date more.

Appartment was clean comfy and in a fabulous location.

we had an issue with hot water, not their fault but was a bit inconvenient, but they responded to first phone call on emergency line and sorted promptly so all good

We had a great stay but I haven’t received my £100 deposit back with no reason as to why

Was good just worry when you pay a deposit to find that there is damage already in the add apartment

Bath shower was big , location was good I would stay there again

Damage to the walls on the picture there was two sofas that wasn’t the case, the tv doesn’t work as there is no signal but location was great and beds and shower were great

There was quite a lot of things like doorhandles, wobbly, toilet roll holder, wobbly, not that clean bedding for the sofa bed was single one pillow, which should’ve been double Wi-Fi was not that good

Amazing location but poorly maintained property.

Amazing location. Just 2 min from the closest beach. 10/15 min from Blackpool tower.

Very basic equipment in the kitchen. No mattress protectors on the mattress. Poor quality bedding with hols in it. Flaky paint in the living room.

Was fair for the price and season but could do with a clean

Apartment could of done with a deep clean. Was fair amount of damage to the property on arrival. Front door was damaged so was awkward to unlock the actual door. Claimed to have Wi-Fi facilities but there was no router in the apartment and the tv didn’t stream Netflix like in description due to this.

Good value, clean, fantastic location

Very strong sewage type smell which filled the entire apartment, disappeared when the bath was full which led us to believe it could have been the drain - had to leave the bath plugged to get rid of the smell

Only 4 towels between 8 of us. Only 1 toilet roll! Wi-Fi didn’t work TV didn’t work Arranged to leave bags at the property early but not able to gain access so had to carry them all round for hours!

It was clean.

None of the sockets in the bedrooms worked. There were no lamps or mirrors. No wifi though it advertises it does. Bathroom door lock was faulty and one of the guest got trapped inside. We all had to share 2 sockets in hall to charge electronics. No communication from owner when messaged re sockets

Was close to the beach

No one to talk to about issues with the property they ask u to message and when u do they just ignore your problems , had no Wi-Fi told them but nothing was done . No heating and electricity from plugs in bedroom told them again explaining I have children and a 11 month old baby but nothing was done , damp in the property with paint and bits coming off the walls wasn’t clean as my children found a false lash on the floor which my baby was about to put in his mouth . There was hair on the washing sponge in the kitchen again no reply from the person we contacted. Furiously disappointed

The noise from the group of men staying below, having a party all night, and we’re up kicking our fort at 3am in the morning, we had kids who were scared in beside us

it was very big inside plenty of room and space for everyone hosted 6 of us no problem at all

the boiler didn’t turn on and we had no hot water for the weekend and when calling up we never got an answer as office hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday

the sofa bed was not adequate for a couple, and all bedding/pillows seemed very basic but did the job for weekend. More towels would have been nice and also little things like ensuring there was enough glasses/cups/mugs for one per person.

perfect location, our apartment was lovely very modern and such good value for money, we met one member of staff upon arrival she was so helpful, she put the heating on for us and brought us some fresh milk and biscuits 😊 we had a fantastic weekend we will definitely be back in the near future x

Wow

Fabulous stay. My children want to stop again. Place was so clean when we arrived and it was easy to find and a great view of part of the Blackpool Tower.

A few door handles were loose and there was a massive crack in one of the living room windows. Not a lot of storage. One room had a wardrobe but only 2 hangers and the other has chest of drawers.

Lovely little apartment really clean and good location for us. Will definitely stay there again.

The price, just a little lower we paid £850.00, we feel that £750.00 would be a more reasonable price. We would love to book this again the exact sane apartment which was apartment 1 next year around April time just working out dates would love someone to contact us about this.

great location, spotlessly clean, supplied bread, cereal, towels etc and everything you could possibly need was here, wifi box in the room. smart tv, rooms really modern and the apartment is massive so much room . i would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again

the property was immaculate. so clean and tidy. the landlord had left us tea, coffee, milk, a loaf of bread and some little boxes of cereal for the kids. it was such a lovely touch. fresh towels left for us on the beds. responded to all messages very quickly. would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again
