Everything about this accommodation was perfect. The location, the staf, the close aproximily to the beach. New, clean, nice equipt kitchen with a big refrigerator. We loved our stay here and will be back next year for sure!

Great location, quiet place, everyone is pleasant, they made our vacation better. Rooms are clean, new furniture, beds are comfortable, kitchen is also equipped. We will come back again.

The accommodation offers excellent value for money. The property is just a few minutes away from both the beach and the center of Nea Vrasna, in a very convenient location. There’s plenty of parking available around the building. The accommodation is modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and the balcony is spacious and pleasant. The adjustable sunshade is a great feature. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

While it’s great to be close to the action, it can get a bit noisy in the evenings, especially if you like sleeping with the door open. Another small issue we experienced: as our room was the last one in the row, the sun came in very strongly from the side in the morning. Since the shade only covers the central part of the balcony, mornings weren’t as pleasant for having coffee or breakfast. I would suggest adding a side shade for better comfort. Also, the balconies are directly next to each other with no partitions, so privacy can be a bit limited—something to keep in mind depending on the luck with neighbors (ours were great). Other than that, everything was great—no complaints. A lovely place overall.
