Villa Un bel posto Sea View

Amazing location! Cleaning every day! Great host! All was amazing! Highly recomanded!!! The host wated for us until midnight, which is very rare in Greece!

The beds or matress should be changed. Not really comfortable.

The location! Perfectly next to the beach, separated by the car park (free, if you manage to grab a space). Also right next to all restaurants, supermarkets, a bakery, coffee shops. 10-15 minutes walking distance (or you can take the train in the evening) to the next location that has even more restaurants, even better ATMs. The staff is exceptional, nothing to report there, they were always helpful and with a smile on their face. The room was big, ours was right on the corner, huge balcony, outside washing line, a tap to wash the slippers, a table with three chairs to have a coffee in the morning or beers later in the day. We even had a small kitchen, a fridge, a freezer, a sink, a hob, plates, glasses. What a great location.

It is not that I didn't like it, I still highly recommend it, but the villa doesn't have parking on its own. You can find around and chase someone leaving later at night so you can move the car in front of the balcony. And it's free! There is an ATM that charges 5.95 euro to take out some Euro (not the Villa's fault though). You can go to Asprovalta, as I said in the I liked section, and use bank's ATMs which only charge €1.80. The furniture is a bit outdated, but it does the job so it's not really a complaint, we were there to be outside, not indoors.

Uns hat die Villa von außen sehr gut gefallen – sie ist schön gestaltet und gepflegt. Die Lage ist super, ganz nah am Strand. Besonders gefallen haben uns die großen Terrassen. Es gibt eigene Liegen und Sonnenschirme, was sehr praktisch war. Das Personal war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Essen und Getränke waren lecker und preislich absolut in Ordnung.

Allerdings fanden wir, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis der Zimmer nicht gestimmt hat – für den Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Die Betten in den Zimmern sind sehr klein und alt, insgesamt wirkt alles renovierungsbedürftig. Das Badezimmer ist viel zu klein, man kann sich kaum vernünftig duschen. Die Tür war alt und beschädigt. Während unseres siebentägigen Aufenthalts kam das Reinigungspersonal nur ein einziges Mal. Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft mit gutem Service und Lage, aber die Zimmer sollten dringend erneuert werden.
