Location, kind and responsive host
Elevators broken. The bed is actually a Murphy bed that you have to pull out of a cabinet so that when it’s out, it’s right next to the futon in the living room. Parking is very limited so I wouldn’t book if you’re considering it for a big local event like a race, especially if you drive anything besides a very small car; you will not find a spot and risk getting towed parking anywhere nearby.
