On the water, close to food and attractions, fairly walkable area.
Only complaint is the parking is a bit tight but the same can be said for pretty much any Florida beach property and is in no way in control of the owners or property management.

It’s on Ormond Beach
The lock on the unit wouldn’t work. We literally stayed in the unit, and couldn’t enjoy the property. Also the Murphy bed was a struggle for us 76 and 78 to get down and put back.
