This exceptional waterfront 2 Bed / 2 Bath condo has everything you need without the hectic crowds. Situated at the west end of Pensacola Beach, adjacent to Ft. Pickens state park. You'll have 11 miles of basically private beach at your disposal. The sugary, white sands of the Gulf are steps away, across the street. Two balcony's to enjoy watching the dolphins, kite surfers and so much more. Updated and very clean. 2 story with stairs inside unit, elevator located directly in front of where you park. (2 covered spaces) Note: Palm Beach Club’s HOA rules prohibits short term renters from bringing pets.

The hosts responded promptly whenever we had any questions. It was a beautiful property and it had everything you could need for a great beach day. It was comfortable and had great beach decor. I loved that you could go to the ocean or have the bay available to you every day. The pool was also a nice perk!! We would definitely stay again!

We didn't want a generic hotel room or an overbearing corny 90's beach theme. This home has a comfortable modern decor and the beach vibe comes from looking out the window! Everything you could want in a rental is included and the location doesn't disappoint; located on the sound side beach, but only a short walk across the road to the ocean side where there's a park and endless beaches. Everything was clean and smelled fresh (worth noting from other past rentals that didn't check either of those boxes). Owners were friendly and responsive. Thanks for the great vacation!
Note to EV owners, Pensacola in general has about 0 public chargers and there are no official charging spots here either (looks like Tesla plans to open a supercharger on Gulf Breeze in the near future).
