About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming annex for rent in the town of Annebault, which can accommodate up to 2 adults. It consists of a lovely 20 m² living room, an open-plan equipped kitchenette, a mezzanine under a sloping ceiling (low ceiling height) with a beam running across 1 m from the floor (room accessible by stairs) and a bathroom. You can enjoy a garden of approximately 70 m² adjacent to that of the owner, who is present intermittently, and to the main house. Wi-Fi, cleaning, sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 20m² living room with TV, a single sofa bed, adjustable coffee table and folding chairs under the stairs.
- An open plan kitchenette equipped with a microwave oven, hob, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A mezzanine-type bedroom on the first floor with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed under the attic with a crossbeam (maximum ceiling height 1m80).
- A shower room with shower and toilet.
Outside:
- An unfenced but enclosed 70 m² south-west facing garden, adjoining that of the main house and the owner's house (who is present intermittently), with furniture to enjoy sunny days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, iron, washing machine.
The house is ideally located in Annebault, in a very pleasant, green and quiet environment. You can enjoy nearby in the village a bakery, a cafe, a restaurant, a hairdresser and products from the farm of producers directly from Thursday to Saturday.
