In a pretty secure residence, very well located 5 minutes from the sea and a small shopping center, facing the natural area of the marshes of Blonville/Villers: bright and comfortable apartment, classified 2**, cozy with its seaside atmosphere, called Le Kayamb des Embruns

1 separate bedroom - New bathroom with shower
dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso and classic coffee makers,
