About this house rental
In the commune of Valsemé, we offer this charming 25 m² adjoining house for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises a pretty living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. You'll also enjoy a 6,000 m² garden! Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 14 m² living room with double sofa bed, dining area, TV
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190) and wardrobe
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Exterior:
- A beautiful 6,000 m² private garden with fenced plot, table and chairs
- An enclosed 40 m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue to enjoy the sunny days
- Nearby pétanque court
The house is ideally located in Valsemé, just 10 km from the picturesque Normandy coast, offering a peaceful and extremely pleasant setting. Its proximity to Deauville and Trouville means you can enjoy the seaside experience of the former while discovering the authenticity of the latter. You can also enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Enjoy unforgettable horse-riding sessions.
- Go jogging along the picturesque trails.
- Discover the region by bike at your own pace.
- Relax on the region's magnificent beaches (20 min. drive).

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (2 vehicles).
