About this house rental
The impressive amenities in this community won’t disappoint! There’s an indoor lap pool and hot tub, an expansive outdoor free-form adult pool with swim-up bar, and a large kid’s pool with a water playground complete with Captains ship and towering water slides. The full-service clubhouse has a well-equipped gym, yoga room, children’s play area, multiple lounging areas, and the main room with fireplace, full bar, pool and air hockey tables, as well as numerous seating areas. Just outside the clubhouse you will find several tennis and pickleball courts, a fenced dog area, and just beyond, a three-mile walking/biking trail. The Coastal Club community is truly a hidden oasis with easy access to some of the best amenities of the Delaware Shore. It's a property perfect for a getaway, no matter the season!
With a lovely seating area on the front porch and a patio behind the house for relaxing, the exterior is nearly as impressive as the interior. You’ll discover coffered ceilings throughout the open concept living area, a large chef’s kitchen complete with gas stove, a generous coffee bar, and a large granite island with seating for four. A custom dining table seats 10 people, which is adjacent to a beautifully decorated lounging area with a gas fireplace, 65-inch television, and a view of the wildlife in the landscaped yard. With multiple living areas, your group will find plenty of places to come together and find space to have time alone. Plus, Lewes Beach is just two miles away!
TO NOTE: There is a $100 weekly amenity fee per guest over five-years-old for use of the club facilities on the property when purchased in advance. If purchased upon arrival, the cost is $130. Daily passes are $30. There is a $20 cash deposit for the key fob used to access the facility that is refundable upon return.

Check in was easy since we were able to go directly to the property without stopping at a desk, etc. and the access codes were sent to me Friday morning. This was our second trip down. We stayed on the same street, just a few houses down in 2023.The kitchen facilities were great. We had everything we needed for the week.

Lovely home that was very accommodating for my family. Bedrooms spread out throughout the home making it easy to have quiet spaces and we weren’t on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked. Very nice neighborhood. Disappointed that the clubhouse restaurant and poolside bar was closed, but amenities were great.

Lovely and spacious home with plenty of room for your entire family. Great place to stay to experience Lewes, Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches. Property managers very communicative and clubhouse pool is terrific.

We had a great time together! House was perfectly stocked, comfortable and we enjoyed time together! Beach nearby and great location. Disappointed that the clubhouse restaurant was closed but hop to come back in the future! Beautiful pools and neighborhood!
