This house has everything you need for multi-generations and family dynamics. The shared spaces are big enough for everyone and there are two big sitting areas! When a house says it is child friendly, they sometimes mean it - sometimes not. This house MEANS it! I brought dishes, cups, blocks etc for my grandsons and they were not needed. The location to the community pool is great - just across the street. The pool is wonderful and clean and the people at the pool whether renters or owners were very nice. It was especially nice to see owners welcome weekly renters. That is not always the case. The porches are lovely and allow for some quiet time from others. The AC kept up with feels like 107 heat temperature and the water pressure was great regardless of how many people were taking a shower. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen for dishes, pots, pans and utensils of every kind. No need to guess what a switch is for - they are all clearly marked which is great so as not to waste electricity trying to figure it out. The neighborhood is quiet and I would not hesitate to stay in this house again. It was a lovely experience and a wonderful house.

Brand new house with great kitchen and comfy loft for tv watching. Walk to pool and overflow parking lot. It’s a good idea to plan your beach trips during prime season, because midday traffic can be heavy in area.

The home is huge,we had 14 guests and felt very comfortable at all times,the home is layed out perfectly with almost the feeling of seperated areas for multiple activities or adults downstairs and kids upstairs!!! It just works anyway you need it too!!
We will be booking this home many more times it was perfect!!
