The location, the scenery, stove & bathroom.
Crockery was chipped and cracked, cooking utensils(saucepan/frying pan) old and not suitable. The bathroom would require fitting of a disabled handrail in bath & shower. Overflows from bathroom and outside of house require attention. Mattresses on beds were uncomfortable. Bathroom would benefit from an extractor fan. In general house would benefit from a power hosing and a touch of paint.

Location was perfect just at the edge of the town, house was what we seen on photos. Village was quiet .
Cottage was clean but does need a deep clean, not enough dinner plates! plates , cups & bowls all chipped need replaced , could do with mirrors in bedrooms .

nice and cosy place,very peacefully place to stay,2 minutes away from pub and take away,right in the middle of nowhere. Really relating and calm place to stay.
no complains here,maybe smel of the farm next door,but that's depends on wind...lol

Spotlessly clean and had a few bits left in fridge for our first morning.
Couldn't fault anything lovely restaurant 2mins away .really excellent
