About this house rental
Newly remodeled ranch home on 8 acres with all the amenities and a pond. We are private and off the beaten path but within a few minutes of restaurants, shopping, grocery and Wolf Run State Park. Salt Fork, Seneca Lake, The Wilds and the Big Muskie bucket are all a few minutes drive as well. The property includes both indoor and outdoor games, pergola by the pond, firepit, grill and outdoor patio with 6 chairs, table and umbrella. We have a recently added playground with a swingset for kids and a sandbox. Inside the home are 2 fully furnished kitchens, laundry room, bar, living and dining room along with a piano. If you are looking for a quiet property to relax with a great view of the stars on a clear evening this is for you.
We do allow dogs for a $35 fee per pet per stay and we also have been renting for weddings. Book your stay for the desired amount of guests staying then its $750 for the venue rental for the day of the wedding.
We will have tables and chairs to rent in the near future as well along with white tent.

Very cozy place that made you feel right at home from the moment you walked in the door. We are looking to return later in the year where we can enjoy the views more when the trees grass and pond are more visible.

I’ve booked this property 2 years for Thanksgiving diner and time with family. It is great place to relax and enjoy the downtime. Recommend it! Host is amazing! Great communications with host too. Very accommodating.

Check in was easy, spacious property which was nice to walk to dogs around. The house was overall comfortable and served its purpose, but I felt that the cost was somewhat high relative to the features and condition of the property.
