The apartment location was perfect. We liked the welcome pack of soap, shampoo and conditioner. It was also a nice surprise to get a Cart D’Hote which provided free or discounted access to the train and bus. The apartment itself was cozy, comfortable and quiet. You can’t ask for much more.
Some things that people should be aware of.
Check in on Booking.com states 3pm. Check in is actually at 4pm per host.
There is 250Euro deposit, which you will find listed under important details on the site. What is not disclosed is the 2.50 processing fee which is not refundable. I don’t care about the money, but I do care about transparency at the time of booking.
Booking site also says free parking. Just know that parking is free but not guaranteed, it’s on a first come first serve bases. If you’re counting on that parking spot just know you may need to make other arrangements if the lot is full.
It would be nice if they added paper towels or a few napkins for the guests to use.

We had a fantastic stay at Warm Haven in Chamonix with balcony. The location is excellent, very close to the town center and within walking distance of the Aiguille du Midi. Having private parking was a real must in Chamonix and made everything much more convenient.
The apartment is beautifully decorated, very cozy, and perfect for a family. It has everything you might need for a comfortable stay , nothing important was missing.
We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the coffee capsules provided and the high standard of cleanliness. Traveling with children, these details make a big difference and made our stay even more enjoyable. The whole process, from check-in to check-out, was smooth and well organized.
We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay again.

Lovely place in the very center of Chamonix, very quiet, comfy and nice. The apartment had absolutely everything you needed to spend your holidays. The ground floor location made it so easy and quick to get out or in. We rented a car and there was a free parking attached to the house. Perfect value for money.

It has a beautiful view on Month Blank. It has its own parking spot. It Is well equipped and situated very close to the center.
