GPS address 75 Ocean Lane inside of Palmetto Dunes Resort, #103 Barrington Arms has been completely renovated. New flooring, paint, bathrooms, kitchen and all new furniture including the mattress which is adjustable (April 2024) and sleeper sofa! Please note:
The hot tub and pool are open year round and the pool is heated March 15-April 30th.

Beach equipment rentals are available right on the beach by Shore Beach Services.
There is a $35 weekly gate fee per vehicle for guests due to the 24-hour gated security and privacy of this villa which is located inside the Leamington neighborhood within Palmetto Dunes Resort. Every guest will have the option of purchasing at least two gate passes at the pass office window upon arrival. Passes are available 24/7.

The kitchen has new countertops, custom cabinets, a ground coffee maker and Keurig machine and bar seating for 2. The dining area has seating for four. The living room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, two swivel club chairs, a new 55” Roku Smart TV with the Spectrum Cable App and more. From the living room there is a slider to the balcony with ocean and pool views with outdoor seating for 4.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with new mattress (April 2024), Roku Smart TV and private bath with new large walk-in shower and two sinks.
Board games are provided for children and adults!
Luggage carts are available in the covered garage parking area.
Bikes can be rented and delivered to the covered garage parking area where the bike racks are found.
Parking is free and available in front of the building or under the building where the elevator is also located to take you and your luggage from the ground floor to the first floor.
Pets are not allowed.

This was our second stay in this condo and we would book here again. Beautiful view from balcony and comfortable outdoor seating. Overall, great accomodations, very clean, and excellent communication with owner.

The unit and location were perfect for a nice long weekend getaway. We've been coming to Palmetto Dunes for years and love the Barrington Arms property. Being steps away from the beach makes those morning walks at sunrise amazing.

The private community, Palmetto Dunes, was perfect, safe to explore with miles of bike trails, and away from the busy main road. Conveniently close proximity to grocery/ shopping/ restaurants.The condo, at Barrington Arms, was immaculate, clean and refreshing upon arrival. The condo provided spacious accomodations for two travelers. The fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need to prepare meals, for those not wanting to eat out all the time, and a grilling station at the pavilion. The private balcony with lagoon view, and the ocean on the horizon over the dunes to enjoy morning coffee, listen to the waves, and feel the breeze. Easy/ private access to the beach to spend the day, with plenty space, not overcrowded. The pool was well maintained, attended to daily. The landscaping was beautiful and well maintained, and a little piece of paradise.After a full day on the beach, to come back to a beautiful, bright space, and spacious bath with a huge walk-in shower was revitalizing. Thank you for providing undoubtedly the best experience for relaxation and revitalization, and a wonderful vacation. I was amazed at the amount of wildlife to enjoy: dozens of turtles and fish in the lagoons, a mother and baby deer roaming and foraging the grounds, even a heron on the bank of the lagoon. Overall, 5 star excellence!
