THE LOCATION
Come enjoy beautiful Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina in this gorgeous new home with all the amenities, including a private swimming pool and elevator. Take in incredible views of the ocean and intercoastal waterway from the oversized decks on both floors. The house is only about a ten-minute walk to attractions, bars, and restaurants. It is located on a corner canal lot and is on a beach access road making your walk to the beach super quick & easy!
THE SPACE
Fryedays at OIB consists of 2630 feet of living area and is tastefully decorated with a soothing, neutral palette. All five bedrooms have private baths, and each opens to a deck with ocean or ICW views. This house is very convenient for multiple families and can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests. The elevator makes this house handicap friendly.
PROPERTY DETAILS
First Floor: a king bedroom with private bath, a bedroom with two queens beds and a private bath, and a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds with a bath shared with living area, which has a pull-out sleeper sectional, smart TV, and wet bar!
Second Floor: Master bedroom (king) with a private bath and custom shower, and another bedroom with 2 queen beds, which shares a bath with the main living area. Modern, fully-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, oversize refrigerator/freezer, and all the tools and appliances you need when cooking for a crowd. In addition, a separate ice maker makes filling the cooler for the beach very convenient. Between our oversized kitchen island with barstools, large dining table and porch with table and chairs, there’s plenty of room for meals. Bright, spacious family room has large, smart TV and games for the family to enjoy. High speed wireless Internet access is also provided.
THE (ADDITIONAL) AMENITIES are many, beginning with covered parking and lighting. You will also have access to a private salt water pool (heating optional!) with large tiki bar and outdoor shower. Smart TVs are in the main areas on both floors and in all bedrooms!
OTHER INFORMATION
At wonderful family-oriented Ocean Isle Beach you will escape the crowds and traffic of the Outer Banks and Myrtle Beach and just relax. Nearby golf features courses such as Oyster Bay, Marsh Harbour, Sea Trail, Panther's Run, Heather Glenn, and many more within a 15-minute drive. Ocean Isle also features a miniature golf course, beach shops and restaurants, and a general aviation airport which is less than five minutes from the beach.
No pets or smoking allowed. Pre-approval is required for parties under age 30. Linens are not provided.

We had the best time on our vacation. The house was better than we had expected. It accommodated our large family with all the living spaces and had a place for the kids to hang out. Having the boat dock in the back yard allowed us easy access to use the boat without having to go anywhere else. We even caught fish right from the dock.

The house was plenty big enough for all the family who showed up! We had all the amenities we needed. Kitchen was well equipped though I brought some of my favorite kitchen gadgets from home (personal preference). Beach access was so easy, great views from the crow's nest and even the decks. My only complaint was the mosquitos and certainly that is beyond the host's control...it just limited our ability to enjoy the pool. Beds were comfortable. WIFI worked well for me. We did not spend much time on the TV so cannot really attest to the streaming services. Our family has decided they like Ocean Isle better than Myrtle Beach so we will definitely be returning. It was a wonderful place to just hang with family and not be distracted by the commercialism of MBSC. Highly recommend Sharky's for a good meal on the island, and it is a short trip to Calabash for great meals at Dockside. Catherine and Chad were very gracious hosts.

Other than an issue with the icemaker, this property was perfect for our family summer vacation. Owners were quick to respond to questions and the location is perfect. Short walk to the beach. Looking forward to future visits.

Property was beautiful and great location. The bedrooms had no dressers or chest of drawers, so we had to live out of suitcases all week. One bedroom had two queen beds and only enough room to walk between them and at the bottom. We had 2 parents and 2 children in this room and their suitcases were in the hall. The kitchen was not well equipped. One serving dish and one baking dish. We purchased aluminum pans to bake in and served out of pots. Only small frying pans to cook breakfast. The dock had no ladder so it was difficult getting in and out of our kayaks. I do not like being negative, but people expect more when we are paying a high price for one week of vacation.
