Located in New Smyrna Beach/Central Beach area. Studio garage accommodations with ground lighted private entrance. Front paver patio with 2 loungers, 2 rocking chairs, bar table with chairs. Kitchen has a window above the stainless double sink with spray faucet, granite countertop, 4 burner electric glass cooktop, microwave/convection oven, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer. Bath has a shower stall, mirrors, sink/cabinet, toilet/bidet, towels. Living/dining/sleeping area has a mini split heat/air, smart TV, wireless internet, 2 xl twin beds with 10" foam mattresses separate or together as king (specify when booking). Table with 2 chairs. Walk/drive 1 block to beach access for sunrise, drive on beach, short walk to intercoastal drawbridge to see sunsets, restaurants, bars, shops, famous Flagler Ave, grocery/pharmacy. Urgent care, hospital, and laundry services close-by. Easy access to NASCAR International Speedway, Cape Canaveral, Orlando amusement parks, Daytona/Sanford/Orlando airports, Saint Augustine, Ocala, West Coast, Miami, Key West. Quiet residential neighborhood, suitable for 1-2 respectful, responsible non-smoking adults seeking to explore community amenities. Not suitable for children, pets, guests, wide passageway or limited mobility needs. No open flame, combustibles, illegal drugs, or alterations to premises. Property is zoned long term rental. If you are unable to stay the entire month, the month will be blocked out so that you are the only renter in the month and you I’ll be required to only pay the days you stay.

This was a fantastic rental for my first trip to Rockville. The room itself is a garage-turned- apartment beautifully furnished. For reference im a moderately large guy, 6'0" 230lbs, and I find myself bumping into things in the bathroom. Other than that, its a perfect base going to a festival versus a hotel. There are many nice restaurants, places to shop for everything you may need, and the beach is an easy walk. I would absolutely rent this again for the next Rockville if the opportunity arises.

Stayed at Anne’s for 4 nights and it was perfect for what we needed. We had family staying a few blocks up but this allowed us to have our own space to sleep, shower and unwind. Anne had some beach mats, chairs and towels which were a plus! The rental is as described - perfect for 1-2 people but the area wouldn’t be best for any more.than that.Hopefully we will be back to New Smyrna next year and if so, we hope to stay here!

A cute little place for sure! Everything you need for a two day stay...funny little set up, but it all worked! Comfy beds, and extra blankets, and a bottle of wine for welcome. The studio is close to everything, and in a quiet neighborhood...you are going to be busy in the day, and then comfortable at night.Everything was nice and clean, with toiletries provided..thank you!
