There are building materials and workers all around building and the resort is closed leaving only a few condos in the building open as vacation rentals. One of the pools is closed, and one remains open. There is no direct beach access, but there is beach access next door. The tiki bar is also closed.

The condo and location of the unit was perfect. Front desk were very welcoming and professional. Small town was about 10 minute walk. Has a variety of restaurants and local bars. We visited a local outdoor bar called Luma on Flagler Ave. They had a live Dj. My family and I had an amazing time. The condo has two pools, swings, canopies and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This was our first time for us in this condo, however we have stayed in other condos at Coconut Palms II. We loved this condo! It was clean and the view is the best. Bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was great! I loved the back light in the mirror in the bathroom, the shower was be best, and I had two great hair days due to wonderful water! (Florida water is usually the pits!) we will differently stay here again.

The fifth floor condo/ room was clean, safe entry into the building and room. Elevators worked half the time and construction taking place. The construction workers were quiet and stayed out of the way. Upon booking the condo up until I received instructions, no mention of the tremendous construction project underway, no use of the largest pool and fitness center. Upon reviewing the booking and asking questions about amenities, we found the construction project away. We would have liked the opportunity when management knew of the construction project, to be notified and able to re-book another condo with Vacasa. I asked specific questions about fitness center workout items prior to arrival and received false information. I contacted Vacasa who ended up refunding small portion based upon the written information. . The desk agents were very friendly and honest about the amenities available. The security officer was extremely friendly and helpful.
