The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic essentials including a coffee maker, blender and pots and pans. There is a Smart TV in the living room with cable service through Spectrum. Dining table seats 6 . There is a washer and dryer on site. Backyard has a back deck with a table for dining. Backyard is great for your morning coffee, afternoon beverage, or dining under the stars. Great location and great communication by host. Would highly recommend. Came for the craft beer walk and we were able to walk to Flagler Avenue and beach - both minutes away. Great back deck area to hang out on. Renovation going on at house behind but that could not be helped. I would stay here again!
