The living room and the kitchen were amazing. So comfortable and cozy. Very good also the balcony and the view. The all place was relaxing. A short walk from the beach and the centre.

The bedroom was pretty basic, and the heater and the stove looks old, but for the rest was good.

The view was great and the fire was warm and cozy.

Firstly, in addition to booking.com staying at this property requires dealing with a local real estate agent to pay over the phone, check in and provide ID, organize linen (through another external group), collect the keys and drop them back. This was ok but it wasn't as simple it could have been, especially when booking through a platform like booking.com. Secondly, there is very little privacy at the property. The neighbouring unit is literally right next door and the walls are paper thin. The neighbours were owners of their unit and played music all day exceptionally loudly and had friends over - not a moment of quiet. They also have two very large dogs barking. When we were on the balcony the neighbours were literally 2-3m away from us and we felt like we were constantly being watched. The morning we left we had to check out at 10am and the drop keys to the agent in town. We received a message with instructions for packing up the house at 9.55am... after we had left. When we returned the keys there was not so much as a 'how was your stay'.
