- Cute, modern design - Location was ideal for me: I could take short walks to my destinations (20-30 min to center, for example), and it was also well connected to public transport - Clear, easy, contactless check-in & check-out process - Good communication with the host - Protected from loud car noise - Washing machine & dishwasher - Pretty big balcony that oversees the green, quiet inner courtyard
- Cleanliness didn't meet my expectations - Building walls seemed thin, and the next-door neighbours were loud at night, maybe I just had bad luck

The apartment is as good as it looks in the pictures with all the amenities you would need, but keep in mind this is a recently finished building and you will have to listen to all kinds of work being done in other apartments...even on Sunday mornings.
Was expecting the building to be a little further in construction, or at least have a cheaper price for this period. Parking space is a little bit tight and could barely enter the parking lot because of all the rubble.
