Diego and Alessia were amazing hosts and helped with the arrangements to get our bags to the property. They also met us at the ferry to accompany us to the accommodation. The view from there is incredible but be ready for stairs! The bus stop is luckily close!
The property is spacious, the beds comfortable and we were met with a cold bottle of Prosecco!
Definitely highly recommended.

Lots of stairs into the property but that is Positano and we got used to it

Diego met us at the ferry and handled the porter arrangements before taking us back to the property. He is very friendly and helped arrange some of our activities. The property overall is excellent. There is plenty of space to spread out with a fully equipped kitchen and large living/dining room. The washing machine was very helpful. The private patio is perfect. Each of the three rooms has its own door out on to it and the views are amazing.
The location is fantastic, especially, if you want to be close to everything, but not right in the port area. For us, the better restaurants were up from the beach and the property was well-situated to get to them easily. Positano is not large. If you can handle the stairs, then you can get pretty much everywhere in 15-20 minutes by walking. We didn't feel like waiting for the buses, which seem to be frequently late. There is a great cafe for morning coffee and pastries, a few groceries, and convenience stores within a very short walk (and not that many stairs).
Maybe add a microwave. More for convenience than necessity. The stove and oven that are there worked for our needs.

We loved our stay at Villino Prota. Beautiful old Italian house with amazing views. Perfect for our family of 6.
Wished we could have stayed longer.
Lots of steps, but that is expected in Positano.
Would definitely recommend!
