About this apartment rental
Lia's house is located in Positano, on via Corvo, in the upper area of Positano a few steps from the famous new church. The house is very easy to access, being located on street level. The apartment is located on the first floor and there are approximately 20 stairs to climb (first floor without elevator). It consists of a small entrance hall, living room with double sofa bed, complete kitchen and service bathroom. Large and bright double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
SPACE:
Once we go up to the first floor, we find the master bedroom on the right side, furnished in shades of gray and sage green. It consists of a large king-size bed, which can be divided into two singles if necessary, bedside tables with designer lamps, open wardrobe with chest of drawers, desk with flat-screen TV. From the bedroom you can enjoy a wonderful view of Positano. En-suite bathroom consisting of bathtub, sink, bidet, toilet, washing machine and dryer.
STAY
The living room consists of a sage green velvet sofa bed, which can be transformed into a double sofa bed if necessary with a 15cm thick memory foam mattress. Table with 4 chairs, open wardrobe solution, flat screen TV. In the living room there is a service bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.
KITCHEN
The kitchen, completely made of stainless steel and of professional design, consists of a large fridge with freezer, ice machine, electric oven, dishwasher, induction hob, sink with double basin. The kitchen is equipped with all the materials necessary for cooking such as plates, glasses, pots, kettles, toaster etc.
OTHER DETAILS:
The neighborhood is served by the "interno Positano" bus thanks to which you can reach Piazza dei Mulini in less than 15 minutes.
Walk about 20 minutes to reach the beaches.
It is necessary to complete the online registration procedure (provide identity documents) and pay the tourist tax.
The house is supplied with bed and bathroom linen, changed every 7 days.
Check-in is available from 2.00 pm to 7.30 pm.
For late check-ins after 7.30pm a supplement of €30 will be applied, after 11.00pm a supplement of €50.
Check-out must be carried out by 10.00 am.
Tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night to be paid upon arrival.
Free Wifi throughout the house.
Parking available on request at a cost of €40/€50 per day.
