Villa La Leonessa

The property was absolutely outstanding! The home was so spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. It has two wonderful bedrooms with beautiful views of the city of Positano and comfortable beds. The bathrooms were amazing and clean. There is a full kitchen to be used as well, including a washer which was perfect in its own little section of the home. The access to the home was just a few flights of stairs downward from a local bus stop which the local Positano bus takes you too. There were a few grocery stores and very popular restaurants less than a 10 minute walk from the property which made our stay that much more wonderful. The views of the home also compare with nothing else in the world and is truly a magical stay!

The location is fabulous. We were welcomed with a bottle of Prosseco, cold water and natural juices. The villa has 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a generous living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a terrace with a superb view of the sea and the city. Everything is new and clean. The area is very quiet and the villa is reached by descending 100 steps from the Chiesa Nuova bus station where the SITA (Intercity bus) or the Interno Positano minibus arrive. If you have heavy luggage, the host will facilitate a local luggage carrying service, Porters Positano. Thank you Dana and Carla for your wonderful hospitality.

Amazing view over coast! Felt like stepped into the movies!

A lot of steps to get up from beach.

Beautifully furnished flat, with wonderful view in a quiet residential area made this feel less "touristy". So that was a big plus.

The lack of a shower curtain in the main bathroom and the smell of mold was a major detractor. If this could be addressed, this flat would be much more pleasant to stay in.
