What we liked about this property was that it, seen overall, had all you needed for a short stay. Plates, bowls, cups, cuttlery, fridge and freezer, washingmachine, dishwasher, coffee machine. Also there was a tv that we used for the kids. We also really appreciated the silence at night in the neighbourhood. There are quite some dogs around but they become quiet as soon as night falls. The location is great if you have a car and want to travel to nearby beaches for example. The property also provides a decent back and front garden with a water hose and for example clothing racks which proved very useful. What we truly appreciated was almost all of the doors and windows had mosquito nets. There is also an AC but we did not make use of. There is also enough parking place on the street in front of the house. The host is very flexible in requests made during our stay, such as to check out several hours later than standard.

What we did not like was that the shower was quite small (narrow) to be able to shower our two young children of 3 and 5, we became wet ourselves everytime we showered them. Also the shower had quite some mold growing in the corners, which is not hygenic. With regards to the mattreses, they are quite old, and should be replaced for example by a decent new memoryfoam matress. Also the toiletpaperholder and towelholder upstairs are either broken or nearly broken(hanging).

A fantastic stay!!! Nicola is a great guest: available for any question / request. the location is 3 mn walking distance from the sea. you will find everything and more in the house. The house stuff is new (fridge, cooking, etc). it’s quiet, a market at 15 mn walking (5 mn driving). in one word: 5 stars!!!!
